This module will revolutionise the whole meaning of Counter. Beyond managing the contact with the customer (in compliance with 655/15) through the traditional channels: : Counter, call centre, Web portal , also manages the after Sale: Calls and intervention planning, on site visits and marketing: Web communication, SMS, Email in a single customer relations system.
