GRIDWAY SERVICE & MAINTENANCE
Teams management is done on the CRM side which receives planned intervention requests (plant module), appointments with the customers, emergency interventions. This way we find the second part of the process that is the completion of the intervention with the possibility of Picking the materials straight from the travelling storage area (van) and registering the activities in the field managed with Mobile systems in the company on Dynamics NAV which collects and classifies info to obtain a careful management control of the assets.
